3. Incoming Postal Mail (and check depositing): EarthClass Mail – $20+ / month
4. Camera Phone Conversion: ScanR – $3 / month
5. Fax Service: myFax – $10 / month (eFax is free, but myFax is a far superior product)
6. Travel Scanner: Xerox Travel Scanner – $150 (when ScanR just won’t do)

Productivity Tools

1. Email and Calendar: Google Apps – $5 / month (splearge for the paid version, it has better tools for outlook and blackberry, etc)
2. Outsourcing: oDesk ($ per project or $1-100/hr)
3. Travel Organization: TripIt Pro $5 / month
4. Backup & Storage: Mesh.com Free

Finance and Insurance

1. Accounting Software: None (Mint is the closest thing, but too person focused, need a small business / freelance focused provider)
2. Travel Insurance: Medical Air Services Assn – $30 / month ($360 / year)
3. Cell Phone & Provider: Blackberry / T-Mobile – $100 / month
4. Small Business Banking & Online Bill Pay: NEED – (I used to recommend Wells Fargo – $25 / month in fees, but only because they have good online tools and basically no competition, but the fees drive me nuts – a $0.40 fee to deposit $5,000 cash? WTF?)
5. CPA: Frank Warner $100+ / month (let me know if you want his contact info)
6. Invoicing: Bookfresh.com (never used it, but looks great)
